For your security, password resets are handled by a Book of Life administrator who confirms your identity first.

1. Contact support from the email address you registered with.
2. An administrator verifies it is you and issues a one-time password.
3. Sign in with it – you will be asked to choose a new password straight away.

Your vault stays encrypted throughout. Administrators can never see the information inside it.
